Power of 3 Nutrition was created as a WHOLE FOOD SOURCE that would improve the omega 3 deficiency/imbalance in the food chain as well as bring abundant focus & energy to everyone through whole food SEED SYNERGY!


The Spark

The creative spark for PowerBlend was ignited by a real need in founder Anne-Elise’s life.  As a professional pilot, Anne-Elise spent half her time traveling. She needed food with serious nutritional density to carry her through the fatigue of flying from one side of the country to the other on a very demanding schedule. The food available at restaurants and in the airports lacked the dense nutritional value she needed. After learning about the powerful nutrition in seeds, she started studying the nutrient values in nature’s most potent seeds and experimenting with different blends. After about a year of mixing and testing her creation, a light bulb came on – she came up with the perfect combination! The combination of Hemp, Chia, Pumpkin, and Flax added with very specific spices provided all the energy and vitality to change her life in the air and on the ground. She made the decision to share her idea with the world!

There has been a phenomenal response to PowerBlends. From The Fresh Market stores all over the U.S to Papaya’s natural market on the island of Kauaii, happy customers are giving us rave reviews. Our intention is to keep learning, growing and making our PowerBlends available to more and more people every day so we may all live healthier lives.  The mission has always remained to provide a pure whole food that is easy and abundantly nutritious.


Anne-Elise, Founder & Owner – has a diverse background.

She is a professional pilot, certified holistic health coach, and certified yoga instructor. She chose to combine comprehensive Ayurvedic studies in the mix because she believes in the wisdom from this ancient life practice. She also holds a B.S. in Aerospace Science and an MBA.


Anne-Elise pursued her holistic health coach certification at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, where she studied nutritional theories, the healing power of whole foods and an integrative approach to health and wellness. She learned that most Americans are sorely deficient in omega 3s and which foods could help alleviate that deficiency easily. The power of quality nutrition from nutritionally dense “superfoods” such as seeds, is the base for the signature product, PowerBlend.
