This smoothie recipe is for the Vata types out there!
Vata Pacifying Smoothie Recipe (Favor Sweet Flavors/Avoid Bitter)
· 1/4 cup berries,
· ½ avocado,
· handfull of watercress
· 3 tbs applesauce or 1 cup of apple juice
· ½ peeled cucumber
· 2 tbs Coconut Goji PowerBlend [link’
Add 1 cup of water, (unsweetened or plain) coconut water and/or coconut milk (more or less for desired consistency).
