A favorite breakfast or late morning snack.


  • 1 package oatmeal healthy instant oatmeal
  • 1/2 apple chopped or sliced
  • 1 tbsp PowerBlend Maple Cinnamon Flavor


  1. Prepare your favorite oatmeal as indicated on the package label.
  2. Top with fresh cut fruit. Apples are super yummy.
  3. Add a heaping tablespoon of Maple Cinnamon PowerBlend seeds!
